By using the StoreRefine website, you agree to these Terms of Use. Stop using the website if you do not accept them.
2. Website purpose
This website provides general information about StoreRefine and its managed eBay store operations, including product research, supplier evaluation, listing optimization, order processing, customer communication, performance monitoring, and account health management.
3. No automatic service agreement
Submitting a form, sending an email, attending a consultation, or using this website does not automatically create a client relationship or require StoreRefine to provide services.
Any paid service relationship must be confirmed through a separate written proposal, agreement, or onboarding process defining scope, fees, responsibilities, and applicable conditions.
4. Performance and ROI information
StoreRefine may describe a target ROI of 60–70% for certain managed-store arrangements. This is an operational target and not a guaranteed financial return.
Actual performance can be affected by product demand, supplier pricing, marketplace fees, refunds, returns, account history, competition, fulfilment, service costs, policy changes, and other conditions outside StoreRefine’s control.
The applicable service agreement should define how ROI is calculated and which costs, fees, and time period are included.
5. Third-party marketplace
eBay is an independent third-party platform. StoreRefine does not own, control, or represent eBay and cannot guarantee platform availability, account approval, search visibility, policy decisions, sales volume, or continued marketplace access.
References to eBay are descriptive and do not imply sponsorship, endorsement, or partnership.
6. Client responsibilities
A client may be required to provide accurate account information, maintain valid payment and identity details, approve important decisions, comply with applicable laws and marketplace rules, and complete actions that only the account owner can perform.
7. Website accuracy
We aim to keep website information accurate and current, but content may become incomplete or outdated. Service details can change and should be confirmed during consultation and in the applicable written agreement.
8. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the StoreRefine name, website design, written content, graphics, and branding are owned by or licensed to StoreRefine.
You may not copy, republish, sell, or commercially exploit this content without written permission.
9. External services and links
The website may link to or use third-party services, including LinkedIn and Formspree. StoreRefine is not responsible for third-party availability, security, policies, or content.
10. Limitation of responsibility
